U.S. Shipping

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Ground Advantage.

Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days before shipping. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please note that once a package has been marked as delivered by USPS, it is considered delivered and is no longer the responsibility of Pixie Cases. If you experience delivery issues, please contact your local USPS office directly.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via USPS International services.

Estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days, though this may vary depending on customs and destination country.

Please note:

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their country.
• Orders cannot be combined once they have been placed.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

We offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout to protect your order against loss, theft, or damage during transit.

If you choose to purchase Route Shipping Protection, any shipping issues can be quickly resolved through Route by filing a claim directly through their platform.

If you decline Route Shipping Protection, Pixie Cases is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped and accepted by USPS. In these cases, customers will need to contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Order Accuracy

Please double-check your phone model and shipping information before completing your purchase.

Pixie Cases is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect phone models, email addresses, or shipping addresses due to customer error.

Sale Items

All sale items and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Phone Case Information

iPhone & Samsung Cases

Our phone cases are designed to provide lightweight everyday protection while showcasing unique designs.

Please note:

• Cases are not waterproof.
• Cases are not designed for extreme drop protection.
• Normal wear and tear may occur depending on usage.

Pixie Cases is not responsible for damage to phones or personal devices.

To preserve the design, do not clean your case with alcohol, acetone, or harsh chemicals, as this may damage the printed artwork.

Clear Case Aging

Clear bumpers may naturally discolor over time due to exposure to sunlight, oils, and normal use.

This is a normal process for clear TPU materials.

About Our Cases

At Pixie Cases, every design is created with style, durability, and personality in mind. Our phone cases are designed to protect your phone while showcasing unique artwork you won’t find anywhere else.

Many of our cases are printed in-house using professional UV printing and sublimation technology, allowing us to produce vibrant, high-quality designs with long-lasting results. Unlike stickers or decals, our designs are professionally printed directly onto the case, creating a smooth finish that is made to last.

Depending on the case style, designs may be produced using:

UV Printing
UV printing applies ink directly onto the case and cures it instantly with ultraviolet light. This process produces crisp, detailed artwork with a smooth matte finish and excellent durability.

Sublimation Printing
Sublimation printing uses heat to permanently infuse the design into the case material. This allows for edge-to-edge printing and vibrant colors that become part of the case itself rather than sitting on top of it.
